"Software" refers to ANALOG SOUL DSP ENGINE, including all associated source code, algorithms, audio processing logic, and interface elements developed by the Author.
"Author" refers to 연이 (Yeony), the sole copyright holder.
"User" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Software. "소프트웨어"란 저작자가 개발한 ANALOG SOUL DSP ENGINE의 소스 코드, 알고리즘, 오디오 처리 로직 및 인터페이스 요소 전체를 의미합니다.
"저작자"란 유일한 저작권자인 연이(Yeony)를 의미합니다.
"사용자"란 본 소프트웨어에 접근하거나 사용하는 모든 개인 또는 단체를 의미합니다.

The Author grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and run this Software solely for personal, educational, and non-commercial research purposes. 저작자는 사용자에게 개인적·교육적·비영리 연구 목적에 한정하여 본 소프트웨어를 실행할 수 있는 제한적·비독점적·양도 불가·취소 가능한 사용권을 부여합니다.

The following are strictly prohibited without explicit written permission from the Author:

✕ Distribution, redistribution, or sharing of the Software in original or modified form
✕ Sub-licensing, selling, renting, or leasing the Software
✕ Any commercial use, including use in paid products, services, or workflows
✕ Claiming authorship or ownership of the Software

The User may modify the source code for personal study only. Modified versions must retain all original copyright notices. Distribution of any modified version is strictly prohibited. 사용자는 개인적인 학습 목적에 한하여 소스 코드를 수정할 수 있습니다. 수정된 버전에는 모든 원본 저작권 표시를 유지해야 합니다. 수정된 버전의 배포는 엄격히 금지됩니다.

All intellectual property rights in the Software, including but not limited to copyrights, design rights, and trade secrets, remain exclusively with 연이 (Yeony). This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to the User. 저작권, 디자인권, 영업 비밀을 포함한 소프트웨어의 모든 지적 재산권은 연이(Yeony)에게 귀속됩니다. 본 계약은 사용자에게 어떠한 소유권도 이전하지 않습니다.

The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. The Author makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Software. 본 소프트웨어는 어떠한 보증도 없이 "있는 그대로(AS IS)" 제공됩니다. 저작자는 소프트웨어의 정확성·신뢰성·특정 목적 적합성에 관하여 어떠한 진술이나 보증도 하지 않습니다.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Author shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software. 관련 법률이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서, 저작자는 소프트웨어의 사용 또는 사용 불능으로 인한 간접적·부수적·특수적·결과적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.

This license is effective until terminated. The Author may terminate this license immediately upon notice if the User breaches any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, the User must cease all use of the Software. 본 라이선스는 해지될 때까지 유효합니다. 사용자가 본 계약의 어느 조항이라도 위반하는 경우, 저작자는 즉시 본 라이선스를 해지할 수 있습니다. 해지 시 사용자는 소프트웨어의 모든 사용을 즉시 중단해야 합니다.
